We wandered into the yard and met Olivia. She was super knowledgeable and asked us the right questions to get us thinking. We’d been to a few car yards and were put off by pushy sales people not listening to what we needed. Olivia gave us space but checked in on us a few times and was able to help us focus our search and offered us the choice to look at different options. We were impressed by her and came back the next day. Olivia was unavailable and Rraj continued to help us with test driving and more information about the car we needed. The whole team was brilliant and we chose a car perfect for our needs and all the wants to make us comfortable. We were off with new wheels in less than 24hrs, no stress, no finance hassles just great service a real team work spirit and a great car.
Thank you heaps team!!!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience purchasing a car from Budget Car Sales today. We went there to buy a car for my husband, and the whole team was excellent, professional, and friendly. A special thank you to Olivia, who was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic throughout the whole process. The team really listened to our needs and considered everything carefully to make sure we were happy. Thank you all for making our car-buying experience so easy and enjoyable! Highly recommended!

The team here is amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Samantha to purchase my Mazda Demio - Safe to say i was blown away by the customer service, support and the fact that they made everything about the experience as worry free as possible for me, they made sure everything was up to standard and reassured me as much as i needed. Kelley is also amazing if you’re looking into financing, she makes the process feel so easy, and not as scary! (if you’re a first time car buyer). I would 100% return in future if i ever wanted to buy a new car. Thank-you all so much for making my first car purchase a good one.

HUGE THANK YOU to Sam and Andrew at Budget cars ! They made the process of purchasing a vehicle so easy all done over the phone within Minutes ! Made contact with Sam at 10.40am was on the phone organising payment with Andrew at 11am, car was registered in my name with new Wof/Reg and tank of gas by 2pm, what a fantastic team ! Can’t wait to pick the car up tomorrow.

I cannot recommend this dream of a team enough, budget cars is who you want to be buying your next vehicle from ! Unbeatable range of vehicles to choose from and with the add on of a 3 year warranty for just $995 for peace of mind, how can you say no to that!

Sam went above and beyond. She was incredibly helpful, responsive and genuinely lovely to deal with. Although I ended up buying a vehicle from a different dealer, it came down purely to my personal preference in the vehicle and was absolutely no reflection on Sam or her service. Her customer service was outstanding, and I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a car.

I purchased a 2019 rav4 on December 2025. I really appreciate the service from the team and especially the after sale care.. The import rav4 came with a few minor issues that were probably caused from a rough compliance check. Andrew was good to deal with. Ordering the tow bar was easy and it works great.
Ordering a radio was easy enough.. I have no idea why but the radio would not work properly and even after claiming warranty and replacing it, the new radio did the same. Credit to the installer though, he went and installed a different (better) brand for free.
Highly recommend doing business with this group :)

Good experience dealing with the team here. Would buy from them again. Found them honest and easy to deal with - not something you can say about every car yard.

I cannot recommend the team at Budget Car Sales enough. As I was looking at the vehicle remotely, the team was incredibly proactive, going above and beyond to record a video of the car and sending the link over so I could view it properly.
What really stood out was their responsiveness and dedication to customer service. When I needed a WOF record rectified due to an incorrect data entry by VTNZ, Andrew and Sam didn't just tell me to handle it—they took charge and communicated directly with VTNZ to fix the error. Their friendly, professional approach created immediate trust. If you are looking for a car, this team will look after you 100%

Absolutely love my new car ! Thanks to Sam and the team at Budget Car sales Manukau!
I have viewed soo many cars over the last couple of weeks from different car yards and trade me most of them terrible.

I came across budget on Trade me and went into check it out. They have a great range of cars at all prices and the condition of there vehicles is very good.

Sam was brilliant she gave great advice on the cars I was looking at and was super helpful and knowledgeable.

I ended up buying a completely different car to what I initially thought I wanted. The purchasing of the vehicle was very smooth.

Would definitely recommend going in to see Sam and the team if you are looking to buy a new vehicle.

Thanks Guys :)

I recently bought a car from them and was very impressed with the level of customer service I received. Andrew and the team were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. They even delivered a complimentary loan car to my home and made everything smooth and stress-free. Andrew also went above and beyond by replying to my message at 10 pm on his day off, which I really appreciated. Exceptional service all around.

First ever google review and that is due the amazing genuine service I received from Samantha and the team. Sam went out of her way to help me test drive/show me vehicles over 3 seperate site visits. Even going so far as to help get a car over from Takanini branch when I wanted to look at one last alternative. Thank you again Samantha and Manukau team!!

Sam was lovely to deal with, knowledgeable and gave us great insight with Hybrids. I rung 17 different places and visited quite a few. I found Sam and Andrew made us feel comfortable and my little sister loved her purchase. Well done Sam & Andrew. You represent your company with professionalism and sincerity.

Sam was great, she recommended that I book a test drive online to hold the vehicle as a few more people had shown interest. I decided to buy the vehicle after my 30 minute test drive. Friendly service, helpful staff and the paperwork only took 20 minutes. I drove home with my vehicle a happy customer. Thanks Sam!!

Great team. The only reason not 5 stars is no spare key with car (that's ok - but would like to have been told before I was set to drive away). Thanks Rraj and team.

Paul Kilburn recommended a Nissan Note e-power as being suitable for us. We saw one we liked and we went for a test drive. Paul was keen to show us another one which was higher specced for the same price. We took that for a test drive and liked it and bought it. Thanks Paul for your excellent advice and great knowledge about cars

What an amazing and refreshing experience. I spoke with Sam who was friendly and helpful with instructions on locating them when coming in from out of town.
She remembered the vehicles I was interested in from their great selection. The information was great, pointing out differences but was never pushy to try to get me to pick any given car. That was up to me.
The car was prepared quickly for us to be able to get on the road for our trip home.
While I don’t plan to replace my new vehicle any time too soon I do hope that the amazing staff are still there next time I’m updating.
Huge thanks to all the team.
